C Q4 2010 Efficiency Ratio
Similar to JPM's most recent financials, the trend in the efficiency ratio with C is horrid. For every dollar in non interest expense less total revenue is generated. Check out the chart below (highlighted row is the efficiency ratio - non interest expense / total net revenue).
